Disaster Relief Loan

Many of our members in California have suffered losses during this wildfire season. Recovery will be a long process as families and businesses manage the aftermath of displacement, injuries and loss of life.  To help in this time of need, we have created an affordable Disaster Relief Loan.

Here are some of the key terms of the loan:

  • Borrow up to $5,000 at 2% interest for up to 24 months.
  • Borrow up to $5,000 at 4% interest for between 25 and 48 months
  • Loan purpose must be related to disaster recovery and may include home repairs, replacement of items, and cash flow interruption due to loss of work time and pay. Paystubs and other verifications required.
  • Only available to existing Self-Help FCU members. All loans subject to underwriting and credit assessment.
