Loan Relief for Existing Loans

Commercial loan borrowers: Contact your loan officer directly, or contact commercial loan servicing at 1-800-747-3215.

SBA 504 borrowers: Call 919-956-4449 and ask for 504 servicing.

Paycheck Protection Loans

We're currently able to offer Paycheck Protection Program loans to small businesses and nonprofits that have existing commercial or SBA 504 loans with us. If you are a current borrower and haven't yet been in contact with us about a PPP loan, please reach out to your loan officer or servicing department.
